The Video Summary feature, powered by AI, aims to create concise and meaningful summarized versions of your original videos. This is not just a simple trimming or fast-forwarding of content: it's a smart processed version that retains the essence and key points of your original video.
Features
Once a video is uploaded to Smart Player and the AI is activated in the file, the engine starts by conducting an in-depth analysis of the video content witch includes speech and image recognition, voice-tone, contextual understanding and identification of key moments/topics. The AI then identifies and selects significant portions of the video based on dozens of parameters as relevance to the overall topic, information density, image frame rate, speech clarity, sound quality and many others.
The selected segments are compiled into a new video file. This summarized version aims to contain between 30-50% of the original video's duration, while maintaining the clarity and purpose of the original content and can be download as an individual file or streamed directly within the Smart Player with the Summary switch button.
The processing and generation time for a summarized version of a video depends on a variety of factors such as the size of the original file, the video quality, and the type of plan/package subscribed to. On average, the processing time is approximately twice the duration of the original video for Full HD (1080p) files.
